100ish Days of [insert your new habit here]

The only kinda challenges I want to participate in are: non-judgemental, fun, and full of other late-diagnosed ladies who know what it's like to be consistently inconsistent. Those dang habits that seem so automatic and easy for others, are just a wee bit harder for us!

Description of Services

1) Coach-Client Relationship

This offer does not involve any coaching services. The Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising out of or resulting from the services. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach.

The Client understands that this challenge does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not diagnose, prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder, medical disease, health condition, or addiction. The Client understands that coaching is not legal advice and no liability is accepted for following any suggestions the Coach makes.

2) Services

This offer will include digital downloads and weekly (if not daily haha) Instagram check ins. There are no zoom calls or coaching involved.

3) Schedule and Fees
This Agreement is valid as of the date signed. The fee of $1 AUD is payable up front then the $29.99 AUD via the Instagram app. Due to the nature of this offer, once the service has been attended fully, the amount would no longer be refundable.

This is the entire agreement between the parties and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This Agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations. The Agreement may not be amended, altered, or supplemented except in writing signed by both Parties.

If a dispute arises out of this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, the Parties agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after notice is given. If the dispute is not resolved, and in the event of legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover solicitors’ fees and court costs from the other party. The laws that shall apply are those of Australia and the United Kingdom.
