Full transparency: I am not an ADDCA-certified ADHD Coach. I would recommend that you check out the ADHD Coaches Australasia directory if this is an important factor for you.

After four years of learning (without adequate support or differentiation) in a tertiary institution for my Bachelor of Education, I chose to do my ADHD Coaching certification through ADHD Works, a business designed by lived-experience AuDHD coach, author, and speaker, Leanne Maskell who wrote the book ADHD: An A-ZIt was important to me to find a course that aligned with my values. Leanne taught in a way that recognised my need for breaks, engagement, stimulation, interaction, and connection.

I resigned from teaching to create an ADHD-friendly business and life by design. I left my classroom (full of students who I adored) because I needed a career that allowed time and space to honour my energy. I have now coached and mentored more than 475 adults. I have cheered on and advocated for my large online communities on Instagram and TikTok.

And gee whiz, I'm genuinely excited to support the heck out of you!! It's time to embrace your chaos.

You are not flawed, lazy, or broken:

You are perfectly imperfect.

I discovered my neurotype of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) at age 30. Finally, I received this overdue news that there was nothing wrong with meSince then I’ve been passionately advocating for more rest, without guilt or shame attached.

Too many of us are chronically stressed and tired

Too many of us are experiencing cyclical burnout

Too many of us are falling into should-traps.

Not anymore. It’s time to reject the pressure to meet the neurotypical standards - and start creating our own standards, full of compassion!
